After the three year retreat I was doing pujas, guiding meditations, making tormas, doing design work for the center's web, sewing cloths for the gompa. All of these activities have been taking place since I got out of the three year retreat in February 2017. +

I have been Lama D.Dorje assistant for the last 4 years I help him with actives that require him to travel locally and domestically for public dharma teaching at other centers and other activates where he will need assistance locally .I have been a volunteer with the chaplains office in the hospital where I currently work. I am currently a resident of the KTC meditation center where Lama D.Dorje is our resident Lama I have lived here since 2017 and help with set up for weekly Dharma teaching as well as preparing shrine room for other guest Lamas +
During the five retreats that Lama Djinpa used to give since 2014, I often set the shrine and celebrated tsogs. In Orissa, India, I participated in the security of HH Dalai Lama, I also guarded the gompa for a week and collaborated in the preparation of a fire puja. +
At Dag Shang Kagyü, I worked for about 3 years helping in the kitchen, and also cleaning. I also often brought lunch to Lama Djinpa's retreat house.
10 months at the Meditation House cleaning the kitchen. +
Many years at various centers in the U.S. and specifically for Tromge Jigme Rinpoche and Garchen Rinpoche for about 1 year each. +
I live at The Kagyu Shenpen Kunchab Dharma Center and Bodhi Stupa of Santa Fe, which is a small community surrounding ven. Lama Dorje, and Lama Mingma Sherpa.
I help the community as need be. I have taken care of ven. Lama Dorje for three weeks in October 2018.
And I am helping with the first North America Shangkpa Kagyu monlom, August 1st - 4th 2019. +

From 2008- summer 2010 I volunteered for Chagdud Gonpa Foundation at Rigdzin Ling and Zangthal Ling (then under the spiritual guidance of Lama Drimed Norbu, my lama). I served in an array of unskilled labor capacities, initially focusing on the perennial restoration of the stupa park at Rigdzin Ling. I also helped in the kitchen, cleared brush, collected firewood, assisted in maintenance and construction. At times I have assisted Lama Drimed as a chöppon. Since entering my current retreat, I have offered my capabilities as a translator to Lama Drimed, and currently we are working on two translation projects together. +
Oral translation for several Lamas from time to time:
1) Two-day teaching by Khenpo Sangpo Rinpoche (Norway)
2) Five-day teaching, practice and empowerment by Lama Nyima Gyaltsen Rinpoche (Malaysia)
3) Five-day teaching plus empowerment, and a four-day teaching by Dorzin Rinpoche (Vietnam)
4) Three-day teaching by Khenpo Sherab Oser (Vietnam)
5) Three-day teaching by Karma Wangchuk Lhamo (Thrangu Tara Abbey Nunnery, Nepal).
Led and guided a study group of five people for two months in Copenhagen, Denmark. The focus of the study group was Moonbeams of Mahamudra by Dagpo Tashi Namgyal.
Textual translations in close collaboration with Khenpo Jamyang Tenzin on many occasions, which add up to about a year in total. +
I have mainly offered my help as a translator, both oral and written. For example whenever Drubpon Tsering Rinpoche and Dorzin Dhondrup Rinpoche (Garchen Rinpoche's representatives in Europe and Asia, respectively) have asked for my help to translate letters, messages, oral interviews with students, teachings over Skype, check previous translations of short texts, write down teachings, and so forth. I offered my work for His Holiness Chetsang Rinpoche's Rinchenpal Translation Project during one week in Germany, May 2019 including follow-up work after the meeting. +
In December 2016 I moved in to Karma Triyana Dharmachakra Monastery in Woodstock as a work-study volunteer. I lived there, worked in the kitchen, studied and practiced until September 15th 2017. On September 15th 2017 I moved to Karme Ling Retreat Center where I am a cook for Women's three-year retreat. I live in the three-year retreat house and attend to retreatants's personal needs as well ( correspondence, personal shopping for necessities etc.). +

I have been volunteering at Ganden Choekor Mountain retreat center in Switzerland since 2014 and as long as that have I started to offer translation work for centers, expecially a local center in Bern and later on at Ganden Choekhor. I haven been doing simultaneous as well as block translation and look at receiving a Sakya Lama from the USA, Tulku Jigme Trinley Rinpoche, in September to travel with him around Switzerland and translate for him at every place he teaches. I consider having brought interested people closer or into the Dharma to be my most joyful service to Dharma, one such friend now lives in Dzogchen monastery, Kham, Tibet and is just one example. I also lead a female friend of mine into sitting practice as she had asked me to assist her. Finally every single moment I watch my mind when amongst other people and able to observe the 5 poisons and not following habitual tendencies and instead just watch - I feel I am serving my Lama and Lamas the way they meant Dharma. +
Set-up and clean-up for short practice retreats, pujas, and teachings. Tsog preparation. House-keeping, cleaning & cooking in Dharma Center. Making tsampa for tormas. Personal service to the Lamas (meal preparation, errands, etc). Ongoing from 2000-present. +
I have worked doing carpentry and other building projects and gardening at Katog Rithrod since moving here in 2010. During that time I have been part of building our previous temple, as well as doing the majority of the large and some of the detailed painting on our new, larger temple. I was one of three builders of the druptra retreat that houses the three year retreatants, which includes 4 cabins and a 16x16 Tibetan style temple. I have also cared for the land, helped to build, repair, and maintain various cabins on the land, managed our large garden and greenhouse, and been responsible for helping organize Shedras and other bi-yealry events here. I have also been Chopon for the last 6 years and was the shopper for the previous two three-year retreats here, on our land. +
In 2017, I organized Khenpo Sodargye's first visit to Chicago for various dharma talks at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University.
I have also offered a shrine at my home for Khenpo Sodargye's study group in Chicago. A group of us meet once a month to study Dharma. +
I am living in Karma Ling since 2015 and since then I have dedicated most part of my time to the Lama and community. I have been the Communication and Dana manager, an actif member of the Gakil International, an assistant instructor of meditation, I helped in the kitchen, garden, works... I was there when the fire destroyed the main bulding of "la Chartreuse" and when we had to defend the retreat centers from the criminal attact... crazy time !
From 2018 to 2019, before my personal retreat, I was Lama Denys Rinpoche personal assistant and from now I am the poject manager of the Buddha University (the new online project of the community). +
