Rituals and personal practices are in Tibetan, but phonetics and translations of the texts are always provided. +
Group rituals and individual practice will function in Tibetan. Instructions will be in English based on a Tibetan root text. +
It seems that most of the material is already translated.
Yet, Pema Wangyal Rinpoche always told me that it is so great that I could access directly to the teachings directly in Tibetan language !
For year, he and his family encouraged me to pursue and deepen my Tibetan studies always refining it more. Trusting them, I continue to study. +
All practices, prayers, and rituals. +
Some parts of the sadhanas have seed syllables, mantras, or terms. My reading comprehension goes about that far. I have studied the alphabet to some degree and know these basics. +
I am not 100% certain.
However:
Some of the Lamas do not speak English, but there will be translators.
Much of the Instruction will be done in English, but, if it is in Tibetan, there will be translations.
Most of the practice texts are in Tibetan, with transliteration in English, and an English translation (3 lines) +

As there will have translation to spanish in the teachings and the texts are already translated to spanish, only some rituals will function in Tibetan and may require a small understanding of Tibetan language. +
I studied Tibetan at Gampo Abbey. Since then, I have been in practice situations where English is used primarily so my Tibetan ability is minimal. After visiting DSK, I began practicing chanting in Tibetan and believe I would be able to make progress in my comprehension of and use of Tibetan during the retreat. I understand that the texts used during the retreat are in Tibetan as are all group practices. I would welcome this opportunity to practice in Tibetan. +
