January 26, 2008 received Refuge from Lama Norlha Rinpoche +
From Gyalwang Karmapa in 2004 +
I took refuge in August of 2011, with Lama Karma Chotso +
June 2006, with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche +
In July 2012 I went to the Kagyu Thubten Chöling Monastery for first time with
the intention of attending the dharma path retreat for levels 1-3. On July 18 I
received the Reguge Vows as well as the Chenrezig and Dorge Sempa
empowerments from Lama Norlha Rimpoche. +
I took refuge with Lama Norlha Rinpoche in May of 2012. +
I took refuge with Akong Rinpoche in Samye Ling monastery, Scotland in 2005 Feburary 2005 +
I took refuge with Lama Norlha Rinpoche at KTC on April 21st, 2012. +
