This is really a Yes/No answer. I have not officially completed a group or private retreat as a full participant, but I have participated in many retreats beginning in 2022 as a Dharma volunteer. I attached my "dharma resume". Due to volunteering at the Gomdes, I have been able to take part in many daily sessions as well as teachings and instructions from some amazing Lamas and Teachers. I became a resident at Gomde California in 2022, so I was also able to take part in the daily morning and evening sessions there for many years, and during the down time I would also spend my free time doing formal sessions. So although I have not truly practiced the four sessions a day of "one month or longer" these past five years or so I have picked up quite a lot and have practiced in many group sessions by just being part of Gomde's community. +

I have completed part 2 of the annual three-month retreat at Insight Meditation Society in Barre, MA. This is a 6-week Vipassana retreat that is held in noble silence. I completed the retreats in 2007 and 2010.
I completed 2 months of retreat at Longchen Jigme Samten Ling in 2020.
At the request of my teacher, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, I am in long term reterat at Longchen Jigme Samten Ling. My retreat started on May 1, 2021. I will be here for a minimum of 1 year with the invitation to stay in retreat for three years. +

Completed a three-year retreat at Pema Osel Ling under Lama Tharchin Rinpoche's guidance with focus on
Dudjom Tersar Ngondro, Maha yoga deity retreats, Atiyoga Threkchod practices along with Tibetan classical
written language studies. Deity retreats practiced were Vajrakilaya, Tsokyi Thukthik, Khandro Thukthik,
Throma Nakmo and Kurukulle.

Received a Tsadra Foundation grant to engage in a three-year retreat at Pema Osel Ling with an eight month
extension under Lama Tharchin Rinpoche's guidance focusing on practices of Mahayoga, Anuyoga and Atiyoga
from the Namchak Putri and Khandro Thukthik cycles of the Dudjom Tersar. +
I attended Gomde Pyrenees' 3 month Dzogchen spring retreat a total of four times under Lama Tenzin Sangpo, serving as his interpreter in 2023 and 2024. Lama Tenzin has expressed his wish for me to interpret for him during this upcoming 3 year retreat as well. +
I have participated in and completed the 5 month pre-retreat program at Palpung Thugbten Choling. +
I have completed 108 sessions of Nyungne retreat (216 days). +
