I generally prefer to recite prayers in English unless there's a compelling reason to use Tibetan (e.g. chšd, mandala offerings, etc.), but I'm comfortable doing so. +
Instructions will be given In Tibetan but there will be a translator. The texts and teaching materials have been translated into English. Group practice (twice a month) will be chanted in Tibetan. Individual practice can be Chanted In Tibetan or in English.
Most of the teachings will come from Drupön Lama Tenzin Sangpo, his English is very good and sometimes I feel he does not need a translator.
I personally like to alternate between Tibetan and English, English for the meaning and Tibetan for the blessings. +
Instructions will be given in Tibetan and translated into English by either myself or another retreatant. The texts and teaching materials are in both Tibetan and English. Group practice (twice per month) will be chanted in Tibetan. Individual practice can be chanted in Tibetan or English. +

Lama Tenzin will teach in Tibetan, with Heidi Koppl doing the translation for the group. The practice will be done in Tibetan, but the texts will be provided with translation. In group, we will chant in Tibetan. Individually, I assume Lama Tenzin will let each of us the choice to chant either in Tibetan or in English. +

all of it, I will be the only westerner among 7 other retreatants of ethnic Tibetan origin +
Most practices will be in the Tibetan language with English translation. No knowledge of Tibetan language is required. +
Much of the retreat will be solitary practice. Extensive group instruction will be provided in Tibetan by the Retreat Master, Drupon Rinchen Dorje Rinpoche at the beginning of each section. Additional instruction will be offered (rarely) by His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche. Since this retreat is offered for those who are fluent in Tibetan, there will be no need for translation. If there are participants who do not know Tibetan, I may be asked to serve as a translator. +

Regarding the study of Tibetan:
I had started to get Tibetan lessons from a monk at my monastery Jamchen Lhakang, but with moving to Pharping and living in a Bhutanese monastery without monks, but only Nepalese and difficult living conditions, I could never study Tibetan. Further, Rinpoche had explicitly advised me not to engage in formal study, but to do retreat caretaker. However, as all important ritual texts and sadhanas are available in a bi-lingual English translation with Tibetan transliteration, I have been able to conduct all rituals in Tibetan (which I prefer most) and started to get a rudimentary knowledge of Tibetan.
Regarding the retreat practice in Tibetan:
Three Vajrayogini sadhanas, torma offerings, praises and prayers are done in Tibetan, as well as all main pujas, like the Vajrayogini Sindhura Self-Initiation with Tshog (twice ⬠month), the Protector Puja (4 times ⬠month), the Green Tara Puja, on special Buddhist festival days, the 16 Arhat Puja, and the final Vajrayogini Fire Puja. Only one session and several daily commitments are done in English.
All retreat instructions and manuals on this precious practice are available in English. +
Ritual texts are recited daily in Tibetan, but texts are provided with phonetics transliteration.
Teachings and explanations are always given in English, while the Tibetan original is read and explained in parallel and step-by-step. +
