I moved to the Netherlands and studied with Geshe Sonam Gyaltsen and Geshe Ngawang Zopa at the Maitreya Institute. I received teachings from H.H. Dalai Lama, Tulku Pema Rigdzin Rinpoche, H.E. Garchen Rinpoche, H.E. Tsikey Chokling Rinpoche, Tsokni Rinpoche and Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche.  In 2009 I met Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, and have been a student in his lineage since then.

+|advstudiesprogsdetails=I studied within the context of the B.A. Buddhist studies curriculum at Leiden University, but did not complete the study due to changing needs within my family at that time.  I studied within the F.P.M.T Basic and F.P.M.T Masters Buddhist study program. I attended these courses in person at weekend retreats on an ongoing basis for a few years at the Maitreya Institute in Emst, Netherlands. The advanced course were taught by Geshe Sonam Gyaltsen & the basic course were taught by Geshe Ngawang Zopa.    I followed teh Tara Triple Excellence online program by DharmaSun with structured approach for many years, with online teachings and guidance by Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche and Drupon Lama Tenzin Sangpo.

+|offeredservicesdetails=I was invited by the 'Foundation HH Dalai Lama in Netherlands' to create and coordinate the screening of audio-visual projections (editing various short films and photographic footage & music sourced from archive material) to be screened in the arena during public teachings at the RAI Amsterdam and AHOY Rotterdam during the visits of H.H. Dalai Lama in the Netherlands in 2009 and 2014. The editing work involved some months of preparation before his visit, and thereafter responsibility for the technical coordination of the screenings.    In 2010 I offered to start the Dutch translation project of the Tara Triple Excellence online program, and worked for DharmaSun as the project coordinator of the Dutch team until 2015.
