After have practiced by myself in solitary retreats, in October 2008 starts actually my in formal Buddhist study Dag Shang Kagyu. +
I began studying with Sister Annabel Laity, a senior student of Thich Nhat Hanh, in 1993. +

I started to study and practice Buddhism with lama Djinpa in 1.995 +
When I was teenager I started to read and practice the teaching of H.H. Dalai Lama, H.E. Chogyan Trungpa Rinpoche and other Buddhist teachers. +
In 2006 short before moving to Spain I went to a dharma center in Venezuela and got my first Dharma book, then later in the year I started to go to Kalu Rinpoche«s center in Mallorca, doing shine and lhagtong with the sangha members, mainly Mireia and Tonina. The first lama i met in the center was lama Tchoeky in 2007 +
In 1991 I started to study and practice Buddhism with Kyabje Bokar Rinpoche en Sonada +
IN 1999 WITH VIPASSANA GOENKA SYSTEM (THERAVADA BUDDHISM) +
YEAR 2002 WITH LAMA DRUBGYU +
I first began cultivating an interest in the Dharma when I was about 19 years old, after meeting Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche at a small gathering in Louisiana around 2007. I took Refuge and lay vows in 2014 from my teacher Lama Losang and have studied under him since. +
I discovered Meditation in 1999 in Montreal within the Shambhala umbrella and under the leadership of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. At the time both the Buddhist and the Shambhala paths were available and I quickly gave a priority to the Buddhist one. +
I began studying Buddhism with Zen Master Seung Sahn (Dae Soen Sa Nim) in 1979. I began to study Vajrayana in 1988 with Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche. +
I started studying Buddhism withdisciples of the XVI thKarmapa, Ole and Hannah Nydhal, in 2002 in a Varsovian Diamond Way Center.
This same year I moved to France, where, two years later, I met XVII Karmapa TrinleThayeDorje and continued my buddhist study under his guidance. +
I began studying and practicing Buddhism at the age of 17 or 18 in Diamond Way centers in Poland, where the main lamas are the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Thaye Dorje, and Lama Ole Nydahl. +
I began reading Buddhist books in 1976 - by Thartang Tulku Rinpoche and shortly after by Chogyam Trungpa. In the early 80's I listened to recordings of Sogyal Rinpoche.
The first live teachings were in Ashland, Oregon around 1981-1982 with the Venerable Gyatrul Rinpoche on Powa and Six Bardos.
My young daughters and I attended a Green Tara Wang and weekend teachings with Tai Situ Rinpoche in London - around 1986.
This was prior to taking Refuge in 1988. +

I began in 2006 with Lama Djinpa Tarchin, in Dag Shang Kagyu +

I learned basic shamatha and vipassana sitting practice in the "Meditation Practicum" class at Naropa University in 2003. I have been studying and practicing in Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche's sangha since 2012. +
