I've taken refuge vows, bodhisattva vows and samaya vows. With my refuge vow, I took the principal Buddhist precept, to abstain from taking life; during a number of group retreats, such as Dathun & Vajradhatu Seminaries, I have taken the 5 lay precepts on a daily basis - every morning - along with the other retreatants, and as an enhancement to the discipline of the retreat; These are, of course: to abstain from taking life, from sexual misconduct, from taking what is not given, from lying, and from taking intoxicants. +
I have taken the five upasaka vows from Garchen Rinpoche in 2002. I have taken the bodhisattva vow from Traga Rinpoche in 2002. I have taken the tantric samayas from Garchen Rinpoche in 2002. +
I've taken Bodhisattva and Upasaka vows several times from HH Dalai Lama, HH Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang and from my Guru HE Kyabje Garchen Rinpoche. +
Refuge Vows with three lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, Geluk, Karma Kagyu and Drikung Kagyu.

Lay Precepts during four Nugnyes I completed with the Geluk and Karma Kagyu Lineages. +
I have take the five lay precepts with a sixth vow of never smoking anyting. I received formal Bodhisattva vows from Sakya Trizin Ratna Vajra and from H.E. Garchen Rinpoche. +

I have taken the boddhisattva vow three times, twice with Garchen Rinpoche, and once with Traga Rinpoche. +
I held lay precepts for a year in 2010-2011 and have taken bodhisattva vow from Garchen Rinpoche. +
I have taken the refuge vow à committing to follow the precepts of the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha; not taking refuge in worldly gods, refraining from causing harm to sentient beings, not associating with negative companions and showing respect for the actual and representatives of the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha.
I have taken the upasaka vows (lay person vows) Ã to refrain from killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying, and intoxicants.
I have taken the bodhisattva vows à to welcome all sentient beings, to never abandon a single sentient being, to help a being whenever I am able to do so, and to never give up the aspiration to lead all sentient beings to enlightenment. I have taken monastic vows only for nyungne retreats which I have done annually in June for the last few years.â¨
