Firstly, I offered my service for the realization of my sisters Ines Rittgassers (Choekyi)’ 5-years retreat in Pharping/Nepal, heeding the advice of H.E. Chogye Trichen Rinpoche.
Additionally to this, I went back and forth to Boudanath – besides organizing the retreat and attending pujas – to help one of Rinpoches successors, Gar Shabdrung Rinpoche.
I somehow got unofficially assigned by the Mustang royal king family as the health caretaker of H.E. Jetsunma Kunzang Tendrol.
And finally, ever since I have been back in Europe and being a monastic, I somehow automatically become part, and am of service to any Buddhist center in whatever form they need me (mainly Spain and recently Germany). +
Between 2008 and 2011 I worked for Dhagpo Bordeaux(a Karma Kagyu Buddhist Center in Bordeaux, France).
I was responsible for Web and Graphic Charter developpement, creation and production of all visual communication supports.

*I voluntereed in Amrita House for a year, a fundraising project in Nepal of Phakchock Rinpoche.
*Rangjung Yeshe Gomde Pyrenees for 3 months on 2017. As general helper in the center and helping with the organization of teachings with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche and retreat led by Lama Tenzin.
*Rangjung Yeshe Gomde UK, for 1 month 2017, for a retreat with Lama Tenzin. Cleaning and cooking for the retreatants.
*Rangjung Yeshe Gomde California on 2018 for 3 months, cooking, cleaning and organizing teachings of Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche and Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche.
*Rangjung Yeshe Gomde California on 2019 for 3 months, cooking, cleaning and organizing teachings of Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, Khandro Rinpoche and Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche.

From July 2001 to 2003 I helped supervising a KTC center of the Karma Kagyu tradition in Ann Arbor Michigan, U.S. which is connected to KTD Woodstock. I had a study group and was leading various meditations like Chenrezig, Medicine Buddha, Green Tara etc.
Since 2012 until now, I have helped as one of the German language translators at the annual Kagyu Monlam in Bodhgaya, India. +
Since living at KSK center in Santa Fe, I help out with work around the property as needed. Every spring and fall we as a community get together and have Stupa and grounds clean up day, I have helped with this. I have supported also with prepping for programs here and clean up afterwards. I helped with the preparations for the Shangpa Kagyu Monlam and Volunteer Coordination.
During the Monlam in 2019 I offered my home for Lama Lodro and Lama Wangchen to stay in during the Monlam.
I became aware that Lama Rinchen needed help getting around during his visit last fall and offered to help however I can, I was asked to help drive him from Truth or Consequences Center up to the Albuquerque airport After his visit in New Mexico. +
I volunteered in a community kitchen serving food during the entire duration of the Kagyu Monlam in Bodhgaya.
During my Stay at Palpung Changchub Dargye Ling Wales, once a week there was a volunteering day where I helped with the chores that needed to be done varying from cleaning the floors, bathrooms, kitchen or helping in the garden. I stayed there for six weeks. +
Continuously supporting Lama Lekshe Dorje with technology and help needed to be able to teach online, recordings and to spread the teachings to a Hungarian and an international mailing list in the last 3 years.
Support anytime for anybody who needs help regarding technical difficulties for listening to the dharma teachings.

**2017 After three years retreat I worked with lama Drubgyu at translating a commentary from Tibetan, and also did other translations at his request.
*2013-2017 Translating in the 3 years retreat. I interpreted for the teachings whenever the main translator wasn't available. I also interpreted for the lamas whenever they came by, to the rituals, meals, etc. Also the last 6 months I translated the main teachings to English to a non-Spanish retreat companion.

I have lived at the monastery Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling monastery Kathmandu since 1989 and translated for courses and teachings by Chokyi Nyima Ripoche and several Khenpos since the year 1993 and later at the Rangjung Yeshe Institute.
I have been a board member of Rangjung Yeshe Gomde Germany -Austria Foundation since the year 2003 supporting and helping the center with curriculum development, translating at seminars and helping wherever help was needed.
Since 2016 I have been a board member of Rangjung Yeshe Gomde Pyrenees and also became the vice president of the association in the year 2019 responsible for the daily running of the center. In particular, I have been involved in the planning of longer retreats, and in setting up a three year retreat place. +

I have been an active volunteer and member of Rangjung Yeshe Gomde Pyrénées since 2018. I have lived there for long and short periods of time, being part of the community, helping developing the main house, coordinating volunteer work, and helping in the organization since its very early stages. I have been part of the daily life, I have volunteered in retreats and big programms when Rinpoche could travel and give teachings to large audiences. Now I am coordinating the Fundraising team for the three year retreat project.
Gomde Pyrénées feels like a home to me, and the mandala of practitioners related to this place are my family. +
From late 2001 to 2009 I was buddhist facilitator in a New York maximum security prison. My role as a facilitator was to hold buddhist classes on a weekly basis, where a group of prisoners would meditate and watch recorded teachings by different buddhist teachers. For a period of about five years I also lead intense meditation retreats in prison, where a small group of prisoners would come and meditate from morning to evening. We were allowed to do these retreats once a month for a period from one to three days at a time.
In March and April of this year I did some volunteer work in Gomde Pyrenees, and from August, 2021 I do volunteer work in Gomde Pyrenees, where I will stay until the retreat starts next year. +

From summer 2017 I started coming regularly to Shangpa Karma Ling for karma yoga weekends. I contributed to building renovation and gardening.
Since February 2020, I am living in Shangpa Karma Ling and offering my services to lama Denys Rinpoche and the community: I have been particularly involved in developing the online webcasting of the community teachings, through zoom meetings. I am still currently in charge of the webcast and progressively transferring this responsibility with the upcoming of the retreat. I have also contributed to managing the local communication network on site. Also, since September 2019, with my fellow retreat candidates, we have been actively renovating the retreat center. +
As a member of Mangala Shri Bhuti, I have been the Donations Manager for the Tara Dzong Retreat Complex at Samten Ling. With the blessings of our teacher, we have raised over 2,200,000 for the completion of this project. I joined the fundraising team in July 2019.
In addition, while on retreat, I have been a support for the team that runs Rinpoche's household during events. I also participate in daily work periods that contribute to the running of Samten Ling. +

I have always offered my services to my teacher Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche, to be useful in whatever way possible. I had the opportunity to do so mainly when he visited Portugal, or when I was travelling with him.I had the very good fortune of driving him many times and cooking for him and Pema Wangyal Rinpoche during their stays in Portugal or when travelling with them. I have also always volunteered to help in Rinpoche’s activities, like those undertaken by theKangyur Rinpoche Foundation.During the retreats led by Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche and Pema Wangyal Rinpoche in Portugal, I helped with the Lama service or other tasks that were required.
I worked in CASA, helping the homeless in CASA Cascais 2009-2010, and mainly co-coordination of CASA Amiga Ajudafrom 2010 to 2016,helping families in need in Ajuda, a region of Lisbon. More recently, just before entering retreat, I was starting to help with Siddhartha’s ‘Humanitarian Project for Himalayan Children.’ +
