As I wished to take refuge with one of my principal Gurus, I waited until February 2004 to take personally refuge with H. H. the Sakya Trizin in Dheradun/India. +
I took refuge in Paris in 2002with Lama Ole Nydhaland renew my vows in 2004 with XVII th Karmapa in Cannes, France. +
I took refuge with Lama Pema Wangduk on 2010 and later again with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche on 2016 +

On Sep 27th 2018, at 21 pm, Longchen Rolpai Dorje attained Paranirvana in his Gadeling Residence at Merigar. For the past year I had several indications that I should leave everything and follow him around the globe. I knew his health was quickly deteriorating and arrived at Merigar the same day. I checked the clock one more time before sleeping, it was 20:30 pm. I was finally ready to follow his steps. He did not used to give refuge vows. For him the entry door was the rigpé tsal wang.
In 2016 at Nyanyod Lapchi the resident lama advised me to look for an english speaking lama that can teach me Milarepa Guru Yoga Sadhana. In Rolwaling I received clear indications to search for Mandarava teachings which brought me to meet Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. But when I found out the H.E. Garchen Rinpoche was going to teach Milarepa Guru Yoga Sadhana in BCN. I flew from Italy to see him. +
I took refuge the 8th of May 2017 in Shangpa Karma Ling with lama Denys Rinpoche, along with a small group of about ten people. +
I took refuge with Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo in 2009 at the Deer Park Institute in Bir, India. +
