I've taken refuge vows and bodhisattva vows on numerous occasions and with numerous teachers since 1983. +
I have taken the bodhisattva vow; for me that means that I give my best effort to live in the spirit of developing an open heart. Taking responsibility based on the realization of the suffering and confusion of myself and others.
To work on myself and with others in a gentle way, means to never give up on developing a sense of compassion and selflessness. By these ways of relating to the world and the formal practices, I try to contribute to less suffering and confusion in the world. I hold the intention to bring all beings out of suffering to a level of complete awakening. This is how I would describe my bodhisattva commitment. +

I received Refuge and Bodhisattva vows from HH Karma Kuchen Rinpoche in 2014, and Yangdzog Genyen vows from Khenchen Tsewang Gyatso in 2017. +
Bodhisattva vow was taken with Chung Tulku Rinpoche on 4th of march 2019 in Budapest +
I have taken Bodhisatvas vows many times: with Guendune Rinpoche, Trulshik Rinpoche, Tenga Rinpoche and other masters..,
and lay precepts with Kandro Rinpoche. +
Refuge and lay precepts in Nepal 2017, with Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche.
Bodhisattva vows in repeated occassions in public transmissions with Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche, as well as through the Tara Triple Excellence Program.
Also Tulku Pema Wangyal Rinpoche offered public Bodhisattva Vow transmission in the summer teachings in la Sonnerie 2018 +

I first took lay vows in August of 2009 from V. Kalu Rinpoche at Sherabling. I took them again in January of 2012 from H.H Dalai Lama in Bodhgaya, and once more in November 2013 with V. Khenpo Donyon.
I first took the bodhisatva vows (the especific ceremony) in November 2011 from V. Khenpo Donyon at Mirik, in 2012 with H.H Dalai Lama, in July 2012 from V. Ringu Tulku at Dag Shang Kagyu, in December 2012 from H.H Karmapa at Bodhgaya, in August 2013 from V. Khenpo Trinley at Dag Shang Kagyu. +
