Bodhisattva vow
with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche on 2016 +
I took lay precepts (refraining from killing, stealing, and sexual misconduct, plus refraining from getting heavily intoxicated) along with refuge and bodhisattva vows for the first time with Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche in May 7, 2020 (online). They were renewed many times in person, as well as tantric vows taken in empowerments, the first being with Lama Tsering Everest in May 21, 2022 at Chagdud Gonpa Odsal Ling. +
I have taken the Bodhisattva vow twice.

I have taken the 5 lay precept vows many times over the years. When I was a Theravadan practitioner, reciting the lay precept vows in Pali was part of daily practice. Most recently, I renewed my vows with my teacher, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, on July 10, 2021. +

I took the refuge vow, bodhisattva vow and lay percepts with Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche at Rigdzin Ling,CGF. +
In 1998 I was encouraged by Lama Pema Dorje to hold the outer Ngagpa Vows. But then in 1999, at Tashi Jong, Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo encouraged me to take pure (celibate) genyen ordination from the young Khamtrul with the Togdens acting as the officiating monks. Finally, in the Spring of 2004, I took gelong ordination from Kyabje Trulshik Rinpoche at Shechen Monastery and have held the vows ever since. +
I first performed the stand-alone Refuge and Bodhicitta Vow ceremony (outside of a Vajrayāna empowerment) in the tradition of Nagarjuna at the conclusion of teachings given by Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche in a large group setting in Kathmandu, Nepal, in October 2015. In August 2018, I requested and took the Refuge and Bodhicitta Vows in a private ceremony with Semo Saraswati Rinpoche before Kyabje Chatral Rinpoche's kudung stupa in Pharping, Nepal, receiving Padma Jangchub as a refuge name. +
Lay precepts for life: No Killing, No Stealing, No Lying, No Sexual misconduct, at Palpung Changchub Dargye Ling Wales the 25th of July 2019 given by Choje Lama Rabsang.
Bodhisattva vow: at Palpung Sherab Ling India the 23th of December 2019 given by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. +

Tulku Theglo(Dudjom Lingpa's grandson) during Kunzang Nyima Wangs, Dujom Wangs and Longchen Nyingthik Wangs, as well as specific lay/Ngakpa vows during Troma Wang/Lung. I have also taken Samaya vows with V. Khenchen Namdrol Rinpoche for advanced Lonchenpa Teachings(retreat is 2 weeks a year and started in 2008 an will end in 2012. +
Yes, I took some lay vows with Lama Sopa in 1985 and Boddhicitta vows, formally, with Lama Tharchin in the early 90's and so many tantric vows! +
