I have taken the Getsul life ordination with Thrangu Rinpoche in July of 2009. Prior to that I was ordained at the beginning of the four year cloistered retreat by Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche. After leaving the retreat I continued with that ordination until taking the Getsul ordination. +
I am ordained, having taken Genyen vows for life with Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche.
I took the Bodhisattva vow with Dulmo Choje Rinpoche at Samye Ling in 2006. +
- Lay precepts (4 vows of not killing, not stealing, not lying and not engaging in inappropriate sexual conduct);
- Bodhisattva vow +
2005: Genyun vows with Lama Yeshe Rinpoche. 2007: Getsulma vows with Tai Situ Rinpoche. Bodhisattva vows 3 times. +
Since 2004 I took some of the lay vows several times for set durations (from Lama Yeshe and Lama Zangmo), whilst examining my habitual tendencies and reflecting on the tenets and effects of vituous and unvirtuous actions of body, speech and mind.
Eventually I took the five lay precepts for life (neither killing, stealing, lying, enacting sexual misconduct, or taking intoxicants) with Khempo Drupon Lhabu in summer 2014, in Samye Ling.
There were many empowerments with Akong Rinpoche between 2004 and 2013, but I have not taken the list in the retreat.
I received the bodhisattva vow from him in 2012. +
I took life-long ordination from Khenchen Trangu Rinpoche in July last year after being ordained for the duration of the retreat (since June '05) by Lama Yeshe Rinpoche. +
I have taken lay precepts.
I have taken the bodhisattva vow and I have practice commitments. +
3 year Getsul vows with Situ Rinpoche 1997.
Genyen Vows with Lama Yeshe, 2004. Life Genyen vows with Lama Yeshe 2010. +
I have taken some lay precepts for life : No killing and no intoxicants.
I have been taking other of the lay precepts on a temporary basis, as well as some specific precepts on occasion (for instance precepts to limit my computer use).
I currently have taken the 5 Genyin vows for 1 year. +
Bodhisattva vow, Sojon vow. One year celibacy and excellent conduct in order to participate in Khenpo Tsultrim retreat Holy Island. +
Life long Gutsul Vows. +

2014 Lay precepts for 6 months with Lama Tsondru (No intoxicants, no killing, no stealing, no lying, no sexual activity)
2014 Lay precepts for 1 year with Drupon Rinpoche Khenpo Lhabu ( as above)
2105 Lay precepts for life with Drupon Rinpoche Khenpo Lhabu (as above) +
I took Gelong vows with HE Situ Rinpoche in 2010.
I also took Bodhisattva vow with Thrangu Rinpoche (year 2000). +
In 2005. May in Rumtek Monastery,Sikkim, India I have taken my monastic vows with H.E. Gyaltsab Rinpoche
In 2006. January in Bodhgaya at the KagyŸ Monlam I have received my Bodhisattva vows from H.E. Gyaltsab Rinpoche
In 2007. October at Sherab Ling Monastery, India I have taken getsŸl vows with H.E. Tai Situ Rinpoche +
I am currently holding tshangs spyod dge gnyen vows. I have received the bodhisattva vow numerous times, and I break the tantric commitments pretty much continually given the lack of dag pa in my snang ba. +
I took the Bodhisattva Vow at KCC with Lama Michael in 2011. +
