I first took refuge with Chamrtul Rinpoche in Dharamsala in summer 2000. I took refuge again with Khentrul Rinpoche in 2005. +
I first took refuge with Chamtrul Rinpoche in Dharamsala, India in 2000 and later again with my current lama Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche in fall of 2005 in Louisiana. +
With Tenga Rinpoche, when I was seven years old. +
May 2003 with Choje Akong Tulku Rinpoche at Samye Ling Monastery in Scotland, UK. +
I took refuge in 1981 with Ven. Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche. +

As I wished to take refuge with one of my principal Gurus, I waited until February 2004 to take personally refuge with H. H. the Sakya Trizin in Dheradun/India. +

I first took refuge with Karma Chakme Rinpoche, when I was living in Nepal in 2009.
I also took refuge with Garchen rinpoche in 2019. +
In Jun, 2000, I took my first refuge with H.H. Dalai Lama. Later I took refuge with H.E. Garchen Rinpoche in July, 2000. In 2004, I took refuge with H.H. Drikung Chetsan Rinpoche. In 2005, I took refuge with H.E. Tulku Nyima Gyaltshen Rinpoche. In 2019, I took refuge with Dorje Lopon Gyurmed Lordrö Rinpoche.
Since my first refuge till now, I have participated in the refuge ceremony as much as I can to refresh and strengthen my refuge vow. +
