I have completed the prostrations for the Ngondro of the Drolma Zabtik terma cycle revealed by Chokgyur Lingpa as part of the Tara's Triple Excellence online program (begun in summer of 2023). This terma cycle also includes 100 performances of the outer sadhana and 1 million mantra recitations along with performances of the inner sadhana as preliminaries to the Ngondro practices. I am currently accumulating Bodhicitta prayers for this Ngondro.
I have accumulated about a third of the prostrations for the Lamey Tukdrub Barchey Kunsel terma cycle, starting when I received the reading transmission in 2015. Because Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche told me to practice the Triple Excellence program, I have focused more on this while including recitations of the Tukdrub Barchey Kunsel Ngondro in my daily practice over the years for continuity's sake. +
It took me a while to complete the full Ngondro, but I was doing it steadily and carefully alongside other practice commitments from my Teachers, while also being in a full-time employment. +
