- January - February 2019 : two months solo retreat - Accumulation of Vajrasattva- at Amithaba Retreat Center in Nepal.
-Jully 2020-August 2020 : one month solo retreat (Drikung Kagyu Ngondro - Refuge and Vajrasattva) at Kagyu Samye Ling Belgium.
- October 2021- November 2021 : 6 weeks Sphere of Refined Gold Retreat - with Lama Tenzin Sangpo, in Gomde Pyrénées.
- February 2022 - May 2022 : 3 Months Sphere of Refined Gold Retreat, to which a 35 day Trinley Nyingo Retreat was added - with Lama Tenzin Sangpo and Erik Pema Kunsang - in Gomde Pyrénées and Gomde Danemark +

I will have completed four of the Palyul Summer Retreats as laid out by HH Pema Norbu Rinpoche by September 2023. This includes Ngondro, Tsalung and Thogal retreats. After receiving all of the teachings, I completed my ngondro in retreat Boulder Palyul center, living their while the other students came to practice regularly. I did a one week Thogal Rushen retreat below Yanglesho in 2020, and another one in the countryside of Panama in 2023. +

As a nun I attended a retreat in Pure Lands retreat centre which is associated with Samye Ling. That lasted around 3 months. I also was on retreat in Sekhar Retreat Centre in October 2023, and that was for three weeks. +
I have completed 108 sessions of Nyungne retreat (216 days). +
I attended Gomde Pyrenees' 3 month Dzogchen spring retreat a total of four times under Lama Tenzin Sangpo, serving as his interpreter in 2023 and 2024. Lama Tenzin has expressed his wish for me to interpret for him during this upcoming 3 year retreat as well. +
