I took refuge in 2003 with Geshe Sonam Rinpoche. +
I took Refuge from Rinpoche Ringu Tulku! +
First i take refuge in Chagdud Monastery , my name is Pema Gompo.
then in 2011 i took refuge with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche - name Shenpen Dorje
and after Phakchok Rinpoche add Urgyen in my name
now is Urgyen Shempen Dorje +
I took refuge once with Bardor Tulku in California, in 1998, and also later that same year with Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche in Bodhgaya, India. +
Refuge Vow with Lama Norlha Rinpoche, 2006 +
I took refuge with Lama Zopa Rinpoche at the end of the Kopan November Class 2018, on the 17th of December 2018. +
I took refuge with Tsoknyi Rinpoche in November 2015. +
1976 First refuge with Trangu Rinpoche in Bodhanath Katmandu Nepal +
In Jun, 2000, I took my first refuge with H.H. Dalai Lama. Later I took refuge with H.E. Garchen Rinpoche in July, 2000. In 2004, I took refuge with H.H. Drikung Chetsan Rinpoche. In 2005, I took refuge with H.E. Tulku Nyima Gyaltshen Rinpoche. In 2019, I took refuge with Dorje Lopon Gyurmed Lordrö Rinpoche.
Since my first refuge till now, I have participated in the refuge ceremony as much as I can to refresh and strengthen my refuge vow. +
I took refuge with Acharya Emily Bower on 02/12/17. +

I first took refuge with Karma Chakme Rinpoche, when I was living in Nepal in 2009.
I also took refuge with Garchen rinpoche in 2019. +
I took refuge with the venerable Khenpo Phuntsok Tenzin Rinpoche in February 2014, during a weekend of Drikung Phowa teachings and transmissions in Santiago de Chile. +
May 2003 with Choje Akong Tulku Rinpoche at Samye Ling Monastery in Scotland, UK. +
I took refuge at Dag Shang Kargyu on February 23rd 2006 with V.V. Lama Drubyu
Tenpa, spiritual director of Dag Shang Kargyu of Panillo (Huesca, Spain), who gave
me the refuge name of Sherab Dorgye.
I renewed my refuge vows with my root lama, the V.V. Lama Djinpa, on December
10th 2015 in El Escorial (Madrid), who gave me the name of Karma Guelag Norbu.
