I took refuge with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche at the end of 2000. +

I am still wearing the protection cord offered to me on that day. +

I first took refuge with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche in November 2016 when I was 19 years old. +
Jigme Tromge Rinpoche in 2011. +
I took Refuge first with Khentrul Rinpoche of the Jonang Tradition Nov 3rd 2022. And then I took Refuge as an Upasika or Laybuddhist Dec 28th, 2022 and found what I felt was the deepest connection thru the Kagyu lineage tree and transmissions from him. My third time taking refuge was in 2024 with Wangchen Rinpoche which is who gave me my Ngondro instruction and quickly became my full time Guru. +
I took refuge with Tsangsar Tulku Rinpoche in summer 2022 and with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche in summer 2023, both times at Gomde California. +
I took refuge twice. Once with a master in South Korea around 1997. And once with Thrangu Rinpoche in Canada in 2001. +
I first took refuge with Reginald Ray in 2012. I took it again with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche in 2014. +
I took refuge in February of 2022 with my Root Guru, The Venerable Wangchen Rinpoche. +
I took refuge in 2019, with Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche. +

I took refuge with Lama Yeshe Palmo in 2020, and again in 2021 with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche +
I took refuge with Lama Zopa Rinpoche at the end of the Kopan November Class 2018, on the 17th of December 2018. +
I took refuge with Lama Zopa Rinpoche on the 17th of November 2018. +
